Vintage look {photo experiment}

I love the look of vintage or retro photos and wanted to try to re-create the look on the pic above. At first, I was looking for a polaroid app maker but decided to just bronze the photo instead. I like the way it turned out. What software or websites do you like to use to create a vintage look for photos?
